How do I set up my CoolCabana?

CoolCabanas are easy to set up, and the whole thing can be done by just one person. Here is how:

  1. Slide the sand spike into the bottom of the lowest center pole.
  2. Tap the sand spike vertically into the sand. Important: stop at the marked "Sand Line" on the pole. If you go past it, the corner columns will be slack and will not anchor properly.
  3. Open the arm on the windiest side (usually the side facing the ocean) and fill its sand pocket with sand.
  4. Open the arm in the opposite corner and fill that sand pocket.
  5. Repeat for the remaining two corners.

Return Policy

Returns must be in the original box and unused/opened condition. Please email hello@coolcabanas.com to return your order and receive a shipping label via email. Attach the return label to your original CoolCabana box and drop it to a UPS store. If you opt to return, given the size/weight of the product, $50 per item will be deducted from any refund to cover the shipping costs each way. For orders during June 2026 you must email to return your item by June 30th 10am EST to be eligible to return your item.
